We hope that you are happy with your new purchase. With all things that are made, situations may occur that lead you to not being completely satisfied with your purchase. In that event, please review our Warranty, Exchange, and Return policy below.
Warranty:
Oconomowoc Vision Clinic warranties frames for 1 year from purchase date. This warranty is a manufacturer defect warranty and does not include incidentals. A 2 year 2 time use warranty on lenses will be added with the use of Crizal Anti-Reflective Coating products. If you are in need of a warranty frame or lenses please contact the office.
Contact Lens Exchange:
Contact lenses may be returned or exchanged within 1 year from the date of purchase. This return will result in a credit on the account and will not be directly refunded to the patient. Contact lenses must be returned in the original packaging and be unopened and not written
on.
If any of your purchase was made using insurance benefits, we are unable to reinstate benefits.
Frame Exchange/Restyle:
Exchanges/Restyle for glasses must be made within 90 days from the date of purchase. There is an initial $50.00 restyle fee applied to any order. If you want to upgrade lens design or choose a frame that costs more than the original lenses or frame, you will be responsible for the
difference in price.
Return Policy:
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your prescription eyeglasses you may return them within 90 days of the date your glasses were purchased. Eyeglasses must be returned in a saleable condition. Because eyeglass lens orders are highly customized and cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Patients will be refunded the amount they paid but insurance benefits will not be reinstated.
What is not covered:
Lost or stolen glasses, and any damages that are not considered a manufacturer defect. Any modifications to frames or lenses will void any applicable warranties. Modifications include but are not limited to: any use of glue (super glue or hot glue), welding, or soldering.
